I have had the great privilege of growing up around a wonderful legacy in the Real Estate business that dates all the way back to 1955 when my grandfather Henry Block founded Block Brothers Realty.  Today I work as a fully accredited Mortgage Specialist with the Verico Mortgage Broker Team. I work on behalf of my clients to find the very best interest rates and mortgage products available by comparing all the offerings from the major banks, trust companies and credit unions.

My loyalty first and foremost is to my clients, not a financial institution. A bank will never voluntarily call you with new information on how you can pay them less interest, we however,  routinely review our clients mortgages to make sure they are always paying the least amount of interest possible and maximizing their savings throughout their term.
